After celebrating my mom's b-day yesterday with my dad, sisters, and BILs my hubby and I dropped our kids off at my in-law's house for the rest of the day and to spend the night. Our kids were not thrilled about spending the night anywhere without us so we had to bribe them a little bit. :) I was very excited all week to get a little break from all the craziness of Christmas and from our two little ones, but yesterday thinking of dropping our kids off made me feel a bit sad too. My hubby did too. Despite how we felt, we left anyway for our mini vacation to San Diego to watch a Hawaiian concert where the Makaha Sons

and our favorite artist will be performing- Keali'i Reichel. .

Here we are like teenagers excited for the concert to start. :)

Before leaving San Diego today we did some shopping at the outlets, at Crazy Shirt,

and took a stroll on the pier.

We stopped to take a picture in front of a beautiful Christmas tree with poisenttias all over it

and next to a nutcracker. It was supposed to rain, but thankfully it did not. It was a bit cold, but other than that it was perfect weather to be out taking a walk. It was an absolutely a fun filled weekend. I hope that all of you had a nice one too. :)
